• Uniform Weathering

For a period of 10 years after the date of the original installation, colors with an initial L value of 70 Hunter Units or more (pastels) will not lighten in excess of 5 Hunter Units. Colors with an initial L value of less than 70 Hunter Units (medium to darker tones) will not lighten in excess of 7 Hunter units.

• High Impact Resistance

Tests have proven TechWall Plus to be 300% more resistant to cracking than conventional hollow-backed sidings. Should TechWall Plus insulated wall panels ever crack for reasons associated with normal home ownership or maintenance (i.e., weedwacker, hail damage, etc.), VIPCO will replace all damaged panels -- including the cost of material and labor.

• Coverage Against Chalking

VIPCO's exclusive Vycralar 90 formulation features treated TiO₂. Therefore, the TechWall Plus Wall System is warranted not to chalk in an offensive manner that chould cuase discoloration of trim areas.

• Fusion Technology

TechWall Plus panels will never delaminate, so as to negatively affect the performance of the product.

• Windload

TechWall Plus has been tested to perform in a superior manner compared to veneer sidings, and will withstand the equivalent of the following windoloads when installed correctly:

Thereforec, any incident of panel damage caused by winds will be covered under the terms of this warrantly, and VIPCO will replace any damaged panels -- including the cost of material and labor.

• Expansion/Contraction/Nailing

TechWall Plus superior incluated wall panels have been tested extensively in freeze, thaw, and heat cycles, to vaildate that problems associated with expansion and contraction cannot occur as a result of proper panel fastening. Therefore, should any problem associated with expansion or contraction occur on a properly installed house, VIPCO will replace damaged product -- including the cost of material and labor.

• Moisture

TechWall Plus' expanded polystyrene insulative material has been tested to a Perm Rating of 5. It will breathe, and is guaranteed not to retain moisture.

The attached registration card must be submitted to VIPCO in order to register the installation for lifetime of the house warranty coverage.
