Enjoy the Magic of This Central Florida Hide-Away in Lake County

Sunrise - 6:23 a.m.

The birds are singing and the scent of pine is in the air. Another refreshing morning at Camp Challenge. Yesterday you started out by catching a five-pound largemouth bass in the fishing pond. What will you do to top that? Spot a deer while hiking the nature trail? Enjoy a brisk morning swim?

Breakfast - 8:30 a.m.

The aroma of fresh baked cinnamon rolls still lingers in the dining hall. Breakfast was so good you went back for seconds. Next on the agenda? Basketball! Some of the others are going to play volleyball, softball or try their skill at the archery and rifle range. The choices are unlimited and even the kids are busy. The playground and arts & crafts activities hold their attention.

Serenity - 2:11 p.m.

You played hard all morning. Lunch was so filling you can hardly move. Now it's nap time. Will you relax under the shade trees or soak up some sun by the pool? Maybe you'll head back to the air-conditioned cabin and sink into your comfortable bed.

Campfire Togetherness - 8:57 p.m.

Listen...crickets chirping, the crackle of the fire, and the happy sounds of guitar strings and voices in unison. Overhead, the sparks from the fire seem to vanish into the darkness and there must be a million stars twinkling that you've never seen before.

The end of a perfect day. You've already done so much, such as cycling along terrain considered to be some of the finest in the southeast, snorkeling for shark's teeth at Rock Springs, and surfing at Daytona Beach. Tomorrow you plan to visit a locate attraction. It's hard to choose since Walt Disney World, Epcot, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World, Cypress Gardens and the Kennedy Space Center are all within driving distance. Well there's plenty of time to decide. Your stay is only beginning since you've opted for the economy of Camp Challenge over a tourist motel. Fresh air, peace, quiet, and a multitude of activities around camp, and attractions nearby...Camp Challenge was a great choice.
